With a 450g pudding for 4, or a 900g for 8 people, we love this deliciously rich ‘Free From’ Christmas pudding. Free from meaning it is free from gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soya with no added refined sugar. Far from mass production, these are handmade in small batches, with brandy soaked fruit and the best ingredients, steamed for 6 hours then beautifully wrapped in muslin and allowed to mature.

Rum Cask Cider Pudding
Rum is often a taste acquired more with the chaps, arguably the older chap too so we quite like this gift for a Grandad. A Christmas pudding full of rum cask cider-soaked fruit that Grandad can enjoy all to himself, if he wants to of course. Not just any old cider either, it’s produced by a local cider maker, Tutts Clump Cider, who use a variety of apples from West Berkshire, which has been fermented and matured in oak rum barrels to give that hint of rum, presented in muslin and completed with a manly ribbon.
