Old MumsClub Stalwart up for Young Award March 2010
MumsClub member Sam Thewlis, who combines creative copywriting with expert tax knowledge has just been shortlisted for a prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) award- for young Chartered Accountants.
Sam was nominated by MumsClub’s own Jane Hopkins who spotted the call for entries for the ICAEW West Midlands Young Chartered Accountant of the Year. The judges were impressed with Sam’s accountancy and tax background and the way in which she has managed to use her writing and lecturing skills to run a tax writing and lecturing business (sam hart) alongside her successful copywriting business (sam thewlis).
Online voting has now opened, so why not show Sam your support. The winner will be announced at a special awards luncheon on 10 May 2010 at the Botanical Gardens in Birmingham.
