Business Mum of the Year Award 2008
The 2008 Prowess Awards are coming up soon where Yell.com is sponsoring the “Inspirational Business Mum of the Year” category.
This accolade recognises the energy, commitment, drive and determination of mums in business and the specific challenges they face in combining entrepreneurship with motherhood. Yell.com is now searching for women who successfully combine business acumen with motherhood and who are an inspiration to us all.
So whether you are a mum running your own business, or a customer, supplier, employee, friend or family member of an inspiring business mum, we want your nominations now. Even if you submitted a nomination in the past you can still apply as more than 125 fantastic entries were received last year, which made selecting a winner very difficult for the judges!
It’s easy to enter
Any mum who owns her own business can enter, or be nominated for the award by a friend, colleague or relative. All you have to do is simply complete the nomination form below, before the closing date on Friday, April 11, 2008.

What happens next?
Once all entries are submitted, a shortlist of three finalists will be selected. They will be invited to join us at the 2007 Prowess Awards Gala dinner in June 2008, when the “Inspirational Business Mum of the Year” award-winner will be announced.
